Although the resemblance to Skarlet is very noticeable, at least you gave her a different colour (orange), and different kind of sword (Skarlet uses a pair of Kodachi Swords. Your character on the other hand dual wields two katanas.)
I suggest that you could also give her a different power as opposed to Skarlet. (Skarlet can transform into blood. Maybe give your character a different power, such as Turning into Gasoline, Turning into Concrete, Turning into Fire, Rot Manipulation, Paper Manipulation, Plastic Manipulation etc.)
